Professional Accomplishments

Jesus Arce history in Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) spans over 10 years of corporate experience in various industries.  Today he works with owners of privately held businesses to help prepare their business to achieve maximum owner value upon exit.  His consulting, sales and financial skills are a valuable asset to FranAdvisors, Inc. 

As founder of FranAdvisors, Inc, a business brokerage firm serving lower middle market companies with values between $1 Million and $30 Million he has been instrumental in helping small business owners achieve operational and financial business goals.  Many of his clients have sold their businesses and were able to pursue other goals.  Other clients have decided to hold onto their businesses and reap the benefits of operational improvements. 

Mr. Arce is a frequent speaker at seminars on franchising, entrepreneurship, and small business ownership.  He has the distinction of being on the Speakers and Expert Bureau of the American Association of Franchisees and Dealers (AAFD) which promotes total quality franchising and win-win relationships between franchisees and franchisers.  He regularly speaks at SBA sponsored seminars on how to buy or sell businesses.

Prior to becoming an intermediary, Mr. Arce was a Senior Consultant with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting).  Throughout his business management and consulting experience, he has helped clients redesign key business strategies and processes, as well as implement innovative IT solutions in the areas of Marketing, Operations, Pricing and M&A integration.

He lives in San Francisco, where he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.  He is active in his community where he volunteers for youth community programs.
